Libby was a stray in Vernon CT, who someome either threw her out, left when someone moved or possibly born outside.

* * * LIBBY NEEDS OUR HELP URGENTLY!!! * * * *

On Feb 6th, a nice gentleman had reached out as he had found in his basement, a momma kitty who had given birth. This barely 1 year old little girl gave birth to 6 little babies. Libby was starting to show sign of bleeding and discharge early morning Sat Feb 7th, 2026. We called the vet and they were able to see us that aftrernoon for an emergency visit.

Libby is luckily currently stable, but her prognosis is not good and immediate attention is needed! Libby has Closed Cervix Pyometria, which is internal and things do not drain, so infection and sepsis are immenent without emergency surgery.

We had to make a choice to save her or let her go. Letting her go is not an option!! With just being a baby herself, barely 1 years old to her babies needing her around, her life matters! She is the most sweetest girl and absolutely deserves a long full life!! Just with no more babies!

Libby is scheduled for Emergency Surgery on Sun 2/8/26 that will cost us $2,500.00 in order to save her life!

Libby needs surgery and we can't do it without a little help. We're reaching out to our friends, family and followers to help Libby get through her upcoming surgery!
