Leo, our gentle Staffie/Greyhound cross, has been at the heart of the Rotation community for almost his entire life. Since the age of two, he’s been a constant presence at the Rotation Garden Party – spreading love, comfort, and joy to everyone who crossed his path.
Many of you will know him as the Rotation dog – our loyal mascot, our furry friend, and even the star who appeared on the front cover of The Emperor Machine’s Island Boogie album.
Sadly, Leo is now facing the biggest fight of his life. At nine years old, he has been struck down with a serious neurological condition that has left him unable to walk. After initial treatment at his local vet in Stafford, he was referred to specialists at Medivet in Shrewsbury for a full CT scan and diagnosis. The tests and care so far have been inconclusive and have already cost over £4,000. Now, to give him any chance of recovery, Leo urgently needs to be transferred to Willows in Solihull for an MRI scan and further treatment. The expected costs are between £4,000 and £8,000.
The heartbreaking reality is that without this treatment, Leo’s only option will be to be put to sleep. We cannot imagine a world without him – no more wagging tail at the parties, no more joyful runs across Cannock Chase with his best friend Mr Bingley, no more Leo.
This is where we need your help. If you’ve ever shared a dance, a laugh, a hug, or even just a moment with Leo, you know how much he has given to all of us. Now, it’s our turn to give back.
Please consider donating whatever you can to help cover the cost of Leo’s surgery and treatment. Every single contribution, no matter how small, will go directly towards giving Leo the chance he deserves to keep living the happy, love-filled life he has always shared with us.
Let’s come together as the Rotation family and show Leo the same love and loyalty he has shown us for so many years.
❤️ Donate today and help us save Leo. ❤️
Love and thanks, Colleen & Olly x
