I am reaching out on behalf of our family to ask for help in saving the life of Last Nkala, my baby brother, who urgently needs a kidney transplant. Last has been battling kidney failure with incredible courage, however, his condition has now reached a critical stage. Without a transplant, his chances of survival are very limited.

Last is not only a beloved brother, friend, and family member — he is also a father, and his children still need him. He has always been a hardworking, humble, and caring man who puts others before himself. Now he needs us to stand with him in this fight for his life.

The cost of the transplant, medical tests, dialysis, medication, and post‑surgery care is far beyond what our family can manage alone. We have exhausted every available resource, and the financial burden continues to grow.
