Help save kitten's arm!

This sweet girl showed up at my house with a broken arm. She had a microchip and her owners were found, but they are not taking responsibility for her.
The vet estimates that she is about 8-9 months old. We don't know what happened to her arm, or her name, or anything about her other than that she is exremely affectionate, loving, and young - she has a whole life ahead of her!
The vet has identified two options for her: either do surgery and insert plates, or amputate her arm. She is so young, I do not want her to lose a leg. If she has another accident in her many years to come in which a second leg is injured and unsalvagable, she will most likely be euthanized.
We need help ASAP! She is in pain, and the surgery needs to be early next week. I know everyone says it, but any amount helps!
I will post a video of her, her x-rays when I receive them, and bills once I get them!
I am personally covering the x-rays, getting her up to date on shots, flea/tic/mite/worm medicine, food and litter, and all other inadvertant cost. If I could receive any assistance with her surgery it would mean the world to both me and this sweet kitten!
