Help Save Kendel's Eye With Necessary Surgery

I am reaching out for help for my daughter Kendel, also known by her online community as ModestNeko. She was recently diagnosed with Keratoconus in her left eye with -12 vision. She was told that she would need to get a procedure called Crosslinking to prevent the condition from getting worse. Left untreated, it could lead to permanent blindness. After getting this procedure done, she will need a high prescription contact lens to improve her vision. 

Our insurance is AHCCCS Medicaid for low-income families. This insurance unfortunately doesn't cover most Vision expenses, so this procedure will need to be paid for out of pocket. She's looked into some programs that give aid, but they don't give funding for her specific condition. 

We could use all the help we can get. We can't afford such a hefty priced procedure, but we also can't afford to wait while her vision becomes worse. Neither of us have credit for a payment plan, and even if we did, we're not sure we'd be able to make enough money to keep up with the payments on our own. This procedure is necessary before she can even get her contact lens, and we're unsure if that will be covered by our insurance or how much it would be for such a high prescription.
