Help Save Ken Ken (Kenny)

I am starting this gofundme to help with the surgery of my pet.

On November 24th 2023, I was bringing my pet Rafiki to the vet for constipation, a few hours later, I was told that he had a heart attack while they were rinsing his back legs off in the tub. They said that his prognosis was not good and that he would likely not improve once removed from support. I was completely devastated.

I was told I needed to make an end of life decision as his prognosis was very poor.

Now I am faced with potentially losing my other boy, not even a month later.

About a week after losing my first cat, I noticed a small bump on Kenny’s neck. It quickly progressed within these 2 weeks and upon bringing him to the veterinarian, I was told that there is a large mass on his thyroid that is pushing into his Trachea. She stated that it will not go down on its own or with medication, and that specialty surgery is the only option.

After spending a lot of funds on my first cat, I am not in a position to spend 7,000$ on his neck surgery 3 weeks after Rafiki’s passing. Ken Ken is the most affectionate, and in the veterinarians words , otherwise healthy cat who has been with me through thick and thin.

It would be a Christmas miracle if I was able to give my boy a chance at survival.
