Hi everyone, This is my baby girl Kazooie, she is about 6 years old and came into our lives as a rescue. She was a bait dog before she was rescued. Within that time she suffered a bad injury to her CCL (similar to acl in humans). Unfortunately we took her to vets that blew off the injury as no big deal until now.
Her leg has no muscle and shes in severe pain. The vet found out that she ruptured her CCL and has about 3-5 months to have a surgery to fix it. If we wait much longer the surgery can become less effective and she won't be able to use that leg indefinitely in the future.
Kazooie is the sweetest dog I've ever met. She loves to run, go on hikes and play with her sister Banjo. She loves chasing the cats out of her backyard. I know everyone is struggling through this covid time. It would mean the world to us if you could help donate to save her leg before its too late.
