Help save Kali's life

I am the grandma to this beauty... her name is Kali she is 1.5 years old and was ill for a couple days. Once getting her in to see the vet I was told she needed surgery or euthanasia for a gastrointestinal blockage that will become life threatening. I can not afford the full amount of this surgery and after care, but I also can't bring myself to take her from her parents and sister, or myself.  I know times are tough everywhere but please help save Kali any help will be greatly appreciated and definitely paid forward to the next fur baby in need.
