My name is Vanessa, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my uncle, Joseph, who is in critical condition in the Philippines. Joseph is a loving father of three and the sole breadwinner for his family. He has always worked hard to provide despite earning very little.

Today, he is fighting for his life after being diagnosed with tuberculosis and is now intubated and on life support. His condition worsened quickly, and to receive urgent care, he was transferred to a private hospital. In the Philippines, payment is required before treatment, and the cost of his care is extremely high—his family is facing a large daily bill just to keep him in the hospital. Because Joseph is intubated, he will need a longer hospital stay, and the medical expenses continue to grow.

His family is doing everything they can, but they cannot do this alone.

Any donation, no matter how small, will help keep Joseph in the care he desperately needs and give him a chance to return to the children who are waiting for him.

It is with heavy hearts that we share that our Uncle Joseph has passed away. While we had hoped the funds would help with his medical care, he is no longer with us.
