Jerry is more than just a cat—he’s a beloved member of our family who brings joy to everyone he meets. He acts like one of our dogs, always eager to make friends with everyone, including our goats! Jerry loves golf cart rides and has a sweet, gentle nature that makes every day brighter. We adopted him as a kitten from a difficult situation, and he’s been a source of comfort and happiness ever since.
On Friday night, Jerry was attacked by a coyote. He suffered serious injuries, including an abdominal hernia and bites to his jaw, neck, hind leg, and abdomen. We rushed him to the vet and have already paid for X-rays, IVs, medication, and the initial consultation. Now, Jerry needs urgent surgery to repair the hernia and stitches for his jaw, which is more than we can afford right now. As much as we want to help him, we simply can’t do this on our own.
We already lost one cat last year to an unexpected illness, and the thought of losing Jerry is heartbreaking. Any support you can offer would be a true blessing. Your kindness could save Jerry’s life and keep our family whole. Thank you for keeping Jerry in your prayers.
- Updated: All funds will go to Jerry's surgery which will cost $1,550
