My name is Aimee Mariella and my puppy's name is Jaxie Bella Mariella. I rescued her when she was 6 weeks old and she has never left my side since. She has been the one thing that has brought me back to life. She is my daughter my sweet angel girl.  Last week Jaxie went blind and couldn't use her back legs. I immediately took her to the ER to try to save her. After very expensive blood work, ultra sounds, and ammonia testing I found out that Jaxie has whats called a liver shunt. This is when the liver is not processing proteins which is then causing neuoroligcal problems. I was able to get Jaxie on medicine to medically manage this until I can afford the surgery.  When I was able to bring Jaxie back home I just held her and cried. Jaxie Bella is only a year and four months. She is everything to me. I took Jaxie to Access Specialty hospital in Culver City and they said that Jaxie will not live a full life without the surgery. I cannot get the surgery until I have the money because they do not allow payments and need the money right away. I cannot loose my baby girl she is just a puppy. I cannot live without her. My family is on the East Coast and I am all the way in LA. Jaxie is my only family her. She is my love, my life, my everything. If all of you can find it in your hearts to help me save Jaxie Bella's life.  I have already been so thankful for the love and support emotionally that friends and family have given me. Now Im asking for the help to provide Jaxie with this surgery. Most of you that know me, know that Jaxie is my life.  The surgery is going to be starting at $7000 and then her recovery will be another few grand. I am trying to reach $10000
