Help save Jango's life please

Jango needs your help! He needs a life-saving surgery in the next couple of days in order to make it.
My nephew Josh and his wife Adrian rescued Jango from the Kankakee County Humane Foundation a year ago in April of 2020. In the last week, they noticed he couldn't go potty and appeared to be in a lot of pain. He was rushed to the ICU vet at U of I in Champaign, IL and they found he has several stones in his bladder blocking his urethra. They confirmed he is unable to go potty and is in severe pain. The stones are large and numerous so he won't be able to pass them on his own. The initial estimate for the life-saving surgery is $5,000.
Jango is only 7 years old and has a lot of life left to live. He is a really good boy and has brought so much unconditional love to his furever home. Please help to save his life.
