Help Save Izzy’s Pizzeria – A Small Business in Crisis

Hi, friends and neighbors,

We’re reaching out from Izzy’s Pizzeria in the Green Ridge Plaza in Scranton, PA. Our small, family-run pizza shop is in trouble due to ongoing construction in our plaza’s parking lot. The heavy equipment, blocked access, and constant disruption have made it incredibly hard for customers to come in — and our sales have dropped dramatically.

We’re behind on rent and utilities, and despite working hard every day, we just can’t keep up. We’re asking for help to get through this difficult time — just until the construction is over.

But this isn’t just about a business — this is about keeping our 15-year-old son’s dream alive. Izzy’s Pizzeria was inspired by his love for cooking and creating food that brings people together. He’s put his heart into this place, and we want to show him that dreams are worth fighting for — especially when a community comes together to help.

️ And we proudly host TJJ Amusements’ claw machines inside our pizzeria to give kids a little extra fun while helping another local vendor thrive

Our gluten-free pizzas, wings, and fries are a favorite for our celiac customers, and we do our best to make everyone feel welcome here.

We’ve always tried to give back to the community, and now we’re asking for a little help in return. Even $1 can make a difference. Every donation helps us stay open, keep our son’s dream alive, and continue supporting the local businesses we believe in.
