Help Save Ike's Life

Hi, our name is Anna and Nick. We are the proud owners of Ike. He is a loving, caring gentle giant that received and unfortunate diagnosis on Monday the 14th. Ike has been diagnosed with Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia (IMHA), which is a serious and life-threatening condition where the body’s immune system destroys its own red blood cells. Ike was stated on steroids' that night but unfortunately took a turn for the worst the following afternoon. Ike is currently at Veterinary Medical Center of CNY receiving a blood transfusion on hopes to save his life. He is anticipated to need 2 transfusion and the vet bill right now is anticipated to be $7-10,000 dollars depending if he he will need the 2nd transfusion. The funds will be used to have 24 hour critical care services given to Ike to include steroids', immune suppressants, full abdominal ultrasound for his inflamed liver, fluids, anti-nausea medication, his own nurse, and access to the critical care doctor. Ike is a extremely special dog that is still young and we want to do everything we can to bring our fur baby home.
