Help Amputee Survivor Mama Cat & Her Babies

We come to you with a heartfelt story from Sarasota, FL, where a lonely mama cat and her 3 precious kittens were discovered in a crawl space beneath a house.

We had been feeding her as best we could, but we recently witnessed a terrifying event—mama cat was attacked. In the chaos, one of her kittens was left behind. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our dedicated team, we rescued the little one, who is now safe and sound.

Just days later, mama cat resurfaced with a devastating injury to her leg. We rushed her to the vet, where we received heartbreaking news—her leg was too badly damaged to save and had to be amputated.

She is now recovering, but the surgery and follow-up care have created an urgent financial need. In addition to mama’s recovery, her two remaining kittens are safe with us and need continued support until we can find a loving foster home.
