Hi, My name is Sarah — My cat, Hershey, has developed a serious ear infection that’s gotten out of control. The vet says it’s more than a simple infection — it could be something deeper that needs immediate treatment before it spreads or causes permanent damage. He’s in pain, constantly scratching and shaking his head, and it breaks my heart to see him like this.

Hershey is around 12 years old and has been with me through everything.
