We are a group of volunteers who met Herman Wau during our time at Harus Damai Beach Conservation in Nias, Indonesia. Herman has become an integral part of our lives—a kind, selfless, and dedicated individual who has given so much to his community and those around him. Today, we are reaching out to ask for your support to save his life.

Herman is currently in critical condition, suffering from a failing liver and gallstones that require urgent major surgery in the city of Medan. The situation is dire, and without immediate intervention, his prognosis is grave. However, the financial burden of this life-saving treatment is far beyond what Herman and his family can bear.
