Help Save Her Sight: Urgent Surgery Needed

I am trying to raise funds for a 19 year old female from Cebu, Philippines. She needs eye surgery on both eyes, asap. Or else they will need to remove both eyes due to the nerves is ready to burst. Also funds for her continued medical and living expenses. We had helped fund previous operations, but sadly, they did not work. We are out of financial resources. Please help this precious soul.
