My name is Renijune Abaya. I'm reaching out with a heart full of hope in behalf of my sweet, beautiful granddaughter, Zyeleth Jain Abaya. She is just 4 years old and lives in the Philippines. She is a sweet, brave and a happy little girl. She love saying funny jokes and make funny faces. She loves going to school but she needs to stop for a while. She have heart condition that requires urgent surgery.

Zyeleth has been diagnosed

with CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE, specifically PATENT DUCTUS ARTERIOSUS and MILD MITRAL REGURGITATION. This are serious heart condition that are affecting her health and growth. After countless consultation and tests, the specialist have told us that she urgently needs life-saving surgery to give her a chance to live a normal healthy life.

The cost of the surgery, hospital stays, medication, and travel expenses is overwhelming. Though insurance covers part of the cost, We still need some support. As a single mom/grandma, the only working to make ends meet, I need help for her laboratory tests and vaccines which cost a lot every time.

The estimated cost is about 1 million pesos. I humbly aski for your support for this amount is far beyond what I can provide on our own . I appreciate every cents that your heart could give.
