Help Save Heidi: Our 7-Month-Old Husky in Critical Condition

Hi, I’m Faiqa, and I’m reaching out to help my sister’s precious 7-month-old puppy, Heidi, who’s currently in critical condition at the vet. Heidi is a sweet, loving Siberian Husky with a big personality. She’s energetic, talkative, and always ready to give you that signature side-eye. Unfortunately, she’s facing life-threatening health issues, and we need your support to give her the care she desperately needs.

Yesterday, Heidi suddenly started vomiting uncontrollably, followed by neurological symptoms and difficulty breathing. We rushed her to the vet, and she was kept overnight for observation. After multiple tests, the vets haven’t yet confirmed her condition, but they suspect it might be a congenital liver shunt, which could require surgery. On top of this, they’ve found fluid in her lungs, and more tests are being carried out tomorrow with a specialist for a CT scan.

So far, we’ve already spent more than £4,000 in less than 48 hours for emergency care and ongoing tests. The bills are mounting quickly, and with more tests and treatments on the way, we know that we’re facing additional significant costs. Heidi is only 7 months old, and we want to do everything we can to give her the chance to live a long, healthy life. Unfortunately, Heidi’s insurance only covers a portion of the total costs, and we need your help to bridge the gap and get her the surgery or treatment she may need.

Heidi has so much life left to live, and we truly believe she deserves the chance to grow up happy and healthy. Every little bit of support, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in helping us pay for her treatment and ensure she has the best chance of recovery.
