Long before IBS was widely understood, I was teaching people how to eat without fear. Teaching the difference between safe foods and trigger foods, soluble and insoluble fibers, explaining how to control both diarrhea and constipation… introducing enteric peppermint oil capsules to help prevent IBS attacks in the first place… pioneering high volatile oil fennel and peppermint tummy teas for immediate symptom relief when you cannot wait.

Why I’m Asking for Help

These past five years have been devastating.

First COVID destroyed our supply chain, and it hasn’t completely recovered. We received an entire container of moldy tin cans we had to reject, a complete loss of a whole year’s worth of inventory.

Then we lost our Tummy Tamer manufacturer and had to build an entirely new production line ourselves. The brand new machines we were sold were defective.

My husband Will worked 100-hour weeks for over a year rebuilding everything— and because of the delays we lost our CVS account in the process.

Then Amazon misplaced an enormous shipment in their warehouse for over four months, cancelled our customer orders, let all of our inventory run out of stock, and deleted our best-selling listing.

This was such a huge blow we had to leave Amazon altogether just to survive.

But we did – we survived these catastrophic financial losses.

Then last year the war in Sudan disrupted the global acacia Senegal supply — and that’s the key ingredient in our Tummy Fiber. This cost our company more serious financial losses, and we are still struggling with that shortage.

Now, on top of all this, tariffs have made some of our packaging supplies nearly impossible to obtain and literally tripled many of the costs. Tariffs on our acacia alone are now costing us nearly ten thousand dollars a month.

And the landlord just raised our rent by 50%.

Will has now been hospitalized repeatedly — with asthma attacks, severe GERD that led to pneumonia, blood clots, and several pulmonary embolisms. He’s been too sick to run our machinery lines, putting our production and shipping behind schedule.

We have invested every penny into this company for 20 years, at the expense of all personal savings. If we fail now, we lose everything, and possibly our home.

And the IBS community loses a company built entirely around genuine understanding and real care.

We have fought with everything we have.

But at this point we cannot survive this storm alone.
