Hi I’m Hollie,

Harlie my chihuahua is just 7 years old and suddenly fell very unwell overnight unable to breathe properly, after multiple test and scans he been diagnosed with a serious heart condition (severe heart failure) and snapped heart valve and has only been given months left to live, without life saving surgery that he requires to have within the next few weeks . We’re all absolutely heart broken, he is our world and still has so much life to live to be his loving playful self. The surgery will give him a lot more time and a better quality of life.

I am trying to raise money to go towards his £12,000 surgery and to give him the chance that he deserves. Every donation no matter how small would be extremely appreciated . Even sharing this would mean the world.
