Harley is my beloved cat, and she means the world to me. She was the last of her litter, and my dad picked her out and asked me to adopt her. Since my dad passed away two years ago, just before Christmas, Harley has been a special connection to him and a source of comfort for me. With the holidays approaching, this time of year is especially emotional.

Recently, Harley accidentally injured her eye. The veterinarian told me she needs surgery soon, or she will lose her eye. I want to do everything I can to help her, but the cost of surgery is more than I can manage on my own.
