Hi, my name is Louise and I am trying to raise the funds for Leash of Life Rescue to save the sight of a dog named Hannah.
Hannah and her mum, Molly came into the care of Leash of Life after the death of their owner.
It was quickly apparent that something was not quite right with Hannah, and after tests she was found to have diabetes. It has been difficult to control and sadly has lead to her having cataracts in both eyes.
Her sight loss has been sudden and she is really not coping, (pictures show her with a toy a month ago and then last week). She is stressed and unhappy and this is having a detrimental effect on her diabetes.
The cost of having her cataracts removed from both her eyes is £5000. This is a massive amount for a small rescue to find.
Hannah is only middle aged and has a lot of life left and love to give, but this wont be possible without her operation.
Please help.
