Hank Cat came into my life in a truly special way. His mama was a stray who moved into my garage, and I was chosen to love and protect her little unborn family. Mama Cat had three babies—Hank, Sassy, and Izzy—and together they’ve brought so much love and affection to our lives. Hank Cat is especially curious and playful, always getting into things, and unfortunately, he recently ate some string that is now lodged in his intestines. The vets hoped he might pass it, but it’s not moving, and they don’t know how far it goes through his small and large intestinal tract. You can see the x-rays of his small intestine full of gas, and it’s heartbreaking to know that without surgery, Hank Cat will not make it.

This little cat has shown so much love for his siblings, Sassy and Izzy, and the bond they share with their mama is truly precious. Hank Cat has brought joy and comfort to our home, and now he needs a chance to survive. The funds raised will go directly toward his urgent surgery and medical care, giving him the opportunity to recover and continue being a loving part of our family.
