My name is Shanise, and I opened Green Fork Kitchen with the hope of bringing healthy food options to our community. After just one week of serving our neighbors, the city unexpectedly shut us down. This sudden closure caused a significant loss of groceries, and the water was turned off, making it impossible to operate. Despite these challenges, I’ve continued to pay my employees and cover rent and utilities, but I’m sinking fast and facing the possibility of closing for good.

Green Fork Kitchen is the only healthy restaurant in our area, and I know how much it means to our community. I’ve poured my heart and resources into making this dream a reality, but right now, I need help to keep it alive.
