Dear Friends and Family,

We need your help! Our beloved grandmother Marcia Wright, a 71-year-old pillar of our family in Jamaica, is facing a critical heart condition and urgently needs life-saving surgery. On top of this medical emergency her house in Sav La Mar Westmoreland was badly damaged in Hurricane Melissa.

Recently, Grandma underwent a cardiology catheterization at a hospital in Jamaica, and the results were devasting - she has three blocked arteries:

One artery to the back is 75% blocked,

One artery to the side is 80% blocked;

And most concerning, the artery to the front (LAD) is 100% blocked.

Doctors have advised that she needs immediate heart surgery - either a Multivessel Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) or Bypass Surgery - to restore proper blood flow and prevent a heart attack. Without this procedure, her condition could become life threatening.

Grandma Marcia has always been a source of love, wisdom and strength.

She's a hard working woman who has spent her life caring for others - her family, her community, and anyone in need. Now, she needs our care and support.
