This is Gracie — my sweet, gentle, and loving 7-year-old cat who has been my best friend and constant companion. Recently, she became very sick, and the vet discovered a rapidly growing tumor inside her mouth and cheek. It’s now almost the size of a golf ball, and it’s making it hard for her to eat, breathe, and even groom herself.

The tumor is causing her pain every day, and it’s possible it could be malignant. The only way to help her is through urgent surgery to remove the tumor, along with a couple of tooth extractions to ensure she can heal and eat comfortably afterward.

Gracie is still so young — only 7 years old — and she deserves many more happy, healthy years. Right now, she’s still greeting me with love and trust in her eyes despite the pain she’s in.

The cost for her surgery, testing, and follow-up care is more than I can manage alone. We are $1,200 short of the amount needed to give her this life-saving treatment.
