Help save Floppy our sweet pony

My son's horse, Floppy, has been his "best friend" since he has started riding her. She is one of the sweetest and calmest ponies that I have ever met. She has had daily repeated colic episodes for roughly a week. At this point, surgery seems to be the only option. She has been at the vet's office, which has exhausted all of our reserves. We are trying to save enough to perform colic surgery on her for our son.
