Help Save Fizz – Our Sweet Boy is Fighting FIP
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
My name is Elizabeth, and I’m reaching out with a lot of hope and a very heavy heart.
Our beloved cat Fizz was just diagnosed with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) - a disease that was considered 100% fatal until recently. The good news is that there’s now a medication that can save his life. The hard part? It’s expensive, and we’ve already used everything we had just to get him into the hospital.
Fizz is the sweetest, most cuddly little guy. He’s always curled up with his sister, Aurora, or chasing her around the house like a goofball. But a few weeks ago, he started slowing down. We thought maybe he was eating too much - his belly looked round - but then he could barely move. That’s when we knew something was really wrong.
He was rushed to the animal hospital and diagnosed with wet FIP, which fills the abdomen with fluid and causes serious pain. After they drained his belly, he perked up almost immediately. We know he’s still in there… fighting. He just needs help to beat this.
Fizz’s best chance is a medication called GS-441524, given over 84 days. It’s working miracles for cats all over the world - but the full course of treatment, vet visits, and labs can cost up to $3,000. We’ve already emptied our savings and used our bill money to get him this far. We’re humbly asking for help.
If you’re able to donate, even just a few dollars, it will make a difference. If you can’t, please consider sharing this with friends or family. It all helps more than we can say.
Fizz isn’t just a cat. He’s family. He’s a cuddlebug, a little brother, and one of the gentlest souls we’ve ever known. We just want to see him happy and healthy again - back home with Aurora, chasing shadows and snuggling like always.

Where Donations Will Go:
Every penny will go directly to:
• GS-441524 medication (84-day course)
• Vet visits and monitoring (including bloodwork and emergency care if needed)
• Supportive care like fluids, syringes, and follow-ups
If we raise more than we need - or if we have medication or funds left over - we’ll donate them to help other families fighting FIP. This community saved our boy, and we want to give back when we’re able.

Thank you so much for reading, sharing, and supporting us. Your kindness means the world to us, and to Fizz.
With love and hope,
Elizabeth (and Fizz & Aurora)
