My name is Alkida, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart but strong hope to ask for your help in saving my father’s life, Ferit Lushi.

Our family has already been through an incredibly difficult journey. Last year, my father underwent a major brain tumor surgery. What was meant to save his life came with serious complications—during the operation, an artery was unfortunately damaged.

Now, we are facing an even more terrifying reality.

My father has been diagnosed with a partially thrombosed brain aneurysm, a life-threatening condition that could rupture at any moment. The risk is constant, and every passing day feels like we are living on borrowed time.

Because of the previous surgery and the damaged artery, doctors have strongly recommended a specialized endovascular (catheter-based) procedure using coils and stents. This is the safest and most critical option for him but it comes at a cost we simply cannot afford.

The total cost of this life-saving treatment is €30,000.

We are a simple family from Albania, and we have already exhausted our financial resources from his previous surgery. We are carrying loans and long-term debt, and despite doing everything we can, this amount is far beyond our reach.

That is why I am turning to you.
