❤️ Help Save My Brother Muhammad Fasih Jamil – Urgent Heart Transplant Needed Abroad
My name is Elishpa Jamil, and I am raising funds for my beloved brother, Muhammad Fasih Jamil, a 28-year-old who is fighting for his life due to severe and irreversible heart failure.
Fasih has always been a kind, humble, and hardworking young man with dreams like any other 28-year-old. But this year, everything changed for our family.
His Battle So Far
In January 2024, Fasih suffered a sudden Anterior Wall Heart Attack (MI). His condition rapidly deteriorated due to:
- Ventricular tachycardia (VT)
- Ventricular fibrillation (VF)
- Left ventricular failure
He underwent an emergency primary PCI (angioplasty) and later required a single-chamber ICD to protect him from sudden cardiac arrest.
Over the past year, his heart function has continued to decline despite every treatment option available in Pakistan.
His Heart Is Now Failing
Fasih’s latest medical evaluations show:
- Dilated and severely weakened Left Ventricle
- Severe systolic dysfunction (EF: 25%)
- Worsening valve problems (AR, MR, TR)
- Multiple dangerous VT attacks requiring ICD shocks
- Early kidney and liver involvement due to advanced heart failure
Doctors have told us that his condition is now critical.
❤️ The Harsh Reality: A Heart Transplant Is His Only Chance — But It Cannot Be Done in Pakistan
After exhausting all medical options, his cardiology team has recommended a heart transplant as the only way to save his life.
But we were devastated to learn that:
A heart transplant is not available anywhere in Pakistan.
This means Fasih must travel abroad for the surgery.
The viable options recommended by specialists are:
➡️ India (Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi – leading transplant centres)
➡️ Dubai (advanced cardiac transplant programs)
This is our only hope to save his life.
However, seeking treatment abroad comes with overwhelming costs:
- Pre-transplant tests and evaluations
- The transplant surgery
- ICU and hospital stay
- Long-term medications
- Emergency admissions
- Travel and accommodation for patient + attendant
As a family, we have already spent everything we had on his multiple procedures, emergency treatments, and ICD implantation.
We cannot afford this alone.
Why We Need Your Support
My brother is only 28. He deserves a chance to live, to breathe without fear, to build a future.
Your contribution will directly support:
- His life-saving heart transplant abroad
- Hospital and ICU bills
- Medications and long-term follow-up care
- Emergency treatment during this critical period
- Travel and accommodation required for the procedure
No amount is small — every single donation brings us closer to saving his life.
Please Help Us Save Fasih
If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this campaign with your network.
Your kindness, prayers, and generosity mean more than words can express.
Thank you for giving us hope.
