My name is Rob, and my wife Lucia and I are asking for help for her brother, Fabio Lala, who lives in Italy and is in the hospital right now.

Out of nowhere, Fabio was diagnosed with a Bosniak IV kidney cyst, and the doctors are saying it’s very likely cancer. Everything changed overnight.

They told him he needs to have his kidney removed as soon as possible.

Fabio is a hardworking guy and has always taken care of himself. He’s self-employed, so if he’s not working, he’s not making money. Right now, being in the hospital and going into surgery, he has no income at all.

Even though he’s in Italy and can get medical care, he’s still dealing with a lot of financial hardship, especially not being able to work and support himself during this.

If you look at the pictures, you’ll see what he’s going through right now. This isn’t just a post — this is real life for our family.

We’re just trying to help him get through this.
