Help save Fabian's life

Hi, my name is Shaun Mathews and I am hoping to raise funds to pay for a life saving operation for my brother Fabian Mathews.
Fabian lives in India and had recently contracted COVID19. However, after receiving treatment and being in recovery he has developed the side effect of the steroid treatment - Mucormycosis also known as 'Black Fungus' .
The fungus is in his nose and left eye and without surgery will eventually move to his brain. The doctors haven't given Fabian very long to survive unless he undergoes emergency surgery to remove the fungus.
The mounting bills have become extensive even before taking the cost of this operation into consideration.
These are the approximate costs to undergo the procedure:
Surgery - Indian Rupees 12lakhs (equivalent to approximately $21,000 Australian Dollars)
Hospital costs (room/bed etc) - Indian Rupees 5000 per day for about 3 weeks or $2100
