Help save Ester Lim's life (US)

Hello all,

My name is Maria Gado and I created this fundraiser for my dear cousin in the Philippines, Ester Lim. Beginning as loss of appetite, persistent nausea/vomiting, to losing drastic weight in a matter of weeks, Ester was diagnosed with Stage 3 Gastric Cancer early this year in the midst of the country's pandemic lockdown.

At 55 years old, she is a wonderful mother, a housewife, and older sister- anyone would feel truly blessed to get to know her and her loving heart. She has persevered through a partial gastrectomy and is now on her way to the next phases of her chemotherapy/radiation treatment. In an effort to maintain her nutritive needs, she has also recently undergone a Jejunostomy. Despite the overwhelming odds she is facing, Ester is holding onto her strength and determination to recover and become cancer-free.
