Help Save Ernie’s Little Heart
Donation protected
Meet Ernie — the fluffiest little fighter.
Ernie is Tyler and Andrew’s sweet pup — not even a year old, but already the center of their world. He’s a fluffy, joyful little guy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Ernie is the kind of dog who brings smiles to strangers on the street, who wiggles his whole body with excitement when he sees his favorite people, and who makes even the hardest days feel lighter.
Ernie is also a proud big brother to Beans, his playful little sibling who’s just under six months old. The two are inseparable — they nap curled up together, chase each other through the house, and share a bond that’s as heartwarming as it is hilarious.
But recently, Ernie was diagnosed with a serious heart condition called pulmonary valve stenosis — a congenital defect that affects the blood flow from his heart to his lungs. Without urgent surgery, it puts his life at serious risk. The good news: with the right procedure, called a balloon valvuloplasty, Ernie has a strong chance at living a full, happy life alongside Beans. The hard part: the surgery is expensive, and it’s needed as soon as possible.
Tyler and Andrew are doing everything they can, but the cost — estimated between $8,000-$10,000 — is overwhelming. That’s why I’m turning to our community for help. Every donation, no matter the amount, will bring Ernie closer to the care he needs to keep playing with Beans, running around the yard, and filling the world with joy the way only he can.
