Help Save Eritrean Husband from Deportation
Donation protected

In 2024, I got married to my husband. I started a case for him to adjust his status, on my own because I don't have money for a lawyer. I paid thousands of dollars on the application fees and medical exams/vaccines for immigration and I still am in debt from that also. All the money I had paid already, was for NOTHING, because those applications cannot be appealed.
March of this year, all my applications were denied because it says he is ordered to be removed from the United States. We did not know that they ordered him to be removed until we recieved the denial notice.
I make $1,500 MAXIMUM a month and my husband does not work and my rent is $1050.
We are in extreme financial hardship. I am struggling.
My husband is from Eritrea, and if they deport him, Eritrea president military WILL kill him on the spot. Anytime someone escapes from Eritrea, they are considered an enemy to the country.
I need to get a lawyer, but I don't have the money for one.
It cost $7000 for the lawyer, and $2,500 for the application fees; so these funds will be used to pay for the lawyer and the application fees.
