Funds needed to save sweet Ella!
Darling frenchie Ella found herself dumped in the West Valley Shelter shelter at 8 years of age after what appears to be a lifetime of neglect and possible
abuse. She was sick and has possible ulcers in her eyes or punctured corneas.
Ella was immediately placed on the euthanasia list when I stepped up to save her. I just simply couldn’t see her die in the shelter after what she’s been through. She deserves a chance.
I have taken her to my vet for initial diagnostics. That visit cost $443 (see receipt below). She will see an eye specialist on Tuesday and it will cost additional money but I’m committed to helping her retain her sight, if possible.
For anyone who pledged for Ella, or even if you haven’t yet, I would be grateful if you’d help me fund her medical care. Every dollar helps. I’m happy to answer any questions and send additional photos as necessary. Thank you so much!
update 2/9: the hospital let me know that Ella is doing well . Ate well today was in good spirits and is awaiting her eye appt. tomorrow morning it’s amazing why a sweet girl she is not knowing what she went through in her life and being left to die without her sight
