Help bring Ella home

Hello, my name is Ella and I'm a American Pitbull Terrier! I'm a lover, not a fighter. Right now I'm very sick, though and I could use your help. I had an rough start to life and wasn't supposed to live past 6 months, but my mommy takes very good care of me.

I was rescued from a backyard breeder at 3 weeks barely weighing 2 pounds, but we found the most amazing veterinarian and together the 3 of us weren't willing to give up. No matter how many times they told my mommy to prepare for the worst, my treatments were failing and this was the last thing we could try.

I've bounced back stronger and happier than ever. For the first six months I slept in mommies armpit so she could suction my nose every few hours so I could breath. A few years ago my allergy test showed that I'm allergic to pretty much everything environmental and my dust & storage mite allergies are off the charts. I also have chronic sinusitis.

Unfortunately right now I'm having a major issue though. Mommy had to rush me into my veterinarian on Saturday for belly issues. They did a lot of blood work and x-rays, which showed I may have a blockage it my small intestines.

Today I'm back at the Veterinarian's office getting an ultrasound, which we'll get the results back in a few days.

My Veterinarian is so kind and letting my mommy make payments. Between these two appointments my bill has skyrocketed and I'm in desperate need of help. I also have a pretty bad sinus infection that they're treating. All I want to do is walk but mommy said I have to rest until I'm a little better.

I'm doing better unfortunately I have to take a lot of expensive medications and eat special food. My mommy is having a lot of medical issues herself and is about to have two major surgeries, so she's struggling alot right now.
