Help Save Mr Eggbird’s Life

Hello!

The past few weeks have been very painful for Mr. Eggbird - my beloved cat. He’s been in and out of the vets and has just had his third blocked bladder. I love Eggbird with all my heart and we just moved countries with him so it’s been a little bit stressful on him and a financial strain on my Mum and I.

His first vet bill was £1540, and then another overnight stay costing £644, his next stay will cost another £660. He is then supposed to stay for the week after that which will cost £900+ - however we cannot afford this, especially when taking into account his medications, special foods and other things we will have to purchase. Thus we will have to put him down if we cannot find the funds.

After moving to the UK a few months ago, and with all the life changes over the past year, we have been really limited financially. Eggbird brings so much joy, laughter and happiness to our lives, and he deserves to keep living.

Eggbird is the most loving, kind-hearted, polite cat. He adores humans (quite rare in cats lol) and he always wants cuddles. I cannot express how much love I have for this cat and how much love he has for life and the people he meets.

He enjoys walks on his pink harness, chasing his toy birds (and also his two sisters), he loves prawns and is always, always in need of attention!

To put him down simply for lack of funds and not out of moral necessity would be heartbreaking. Please, please help me and Eggbird on his journey to recovery.

Even just £1 would be so appreciated and helpful…. The funds from this fundraiser will all go to saving Eggbird’s life, giving him the treatment he needs and purchasing the medications. Ultimately, providing us the resources so that he does not have to be put down.
