edit 2: again, thank you to everyone who has helped us. we are forever thankful. dusty is doing very good! she has started her medicine, and has perked up insanely. the current amount on the gofundme will be used towards her next medicine refill, which is a steep $500+. Dusty also got a new banana and is starting to love playing again!!!!

Edit: thank you to everyone who has donated. dusty is confirmed to have FIP, and is starting treatment. good news! the vet said she is one of the better cases, and her prognosis is now looking much better. we are all so deeply thankful.

Dusty is a 5 year old cat with a big, big personality. She was abandoned as a kitten and rescued by my family in 2021.

Throughout her life she has had a myriad of issues, but this one is different. Dusty has undergone several tests and vet visits. Now, she likely has FIP or some sort of auto immune issue. She is also now anemic. This is life threatening.

Adding vet bills to credit cards and relying on what little income they have, they are unable to afford her upcoming hospitalization on Monday.

She is my parents cat, my brothers baby. My parents are low on income, and as a college student I do my best to help. It’s never enough. I want to help them save Dusty.
