I am the sister of Dustin John Higgs. An innocent man on federal death row scheduled to be executed on  January 15, 2021, MLK’s birthday. We are raising funds to help Dustin in all his endeavors to stop his execution. Dustin did not kill anyone nor did he order anyone to be killed. The actual killer signed an affidavit stating as much. We are fighting for Dustin’s life. Various professionals in the legal field have stated that Dustin should not have received a harsher punishment than the actual shooter.
