Hi, my name is Albert Rangel and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. My 5-year-old French Bulldog, Duke, has recently been diagnosed with IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease), a spinal condition that has left him unable to use his back legs.
Duke is more than just a pet; he is my family, my best friend, and the heart of our home. Seeing him in pain and struggling to move is absolutely heartbreaking.
The only option to give Duke a real chance at recovery is getting an MRI and a surgery procedure. Without it, he risks permanent paralysis.
The estimated cost for surgery, hospitalization, medications, and post-op care is around $20,000, but the first step is getting Duke an MRI, and the cost is $5,000-$6,000. As much as I wish I could cover this entirely on my own, the reality is that the cost is beyond what I can afford right now.
That’s why I’m turning to friends, family, and fellow dog lovers for help. Every single donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to giving Duke a second chance at a healthy, happy life.
If you're unable to donate, sharing this campaign on your social networks, friends, and family would mean the world to us. Your kindness, prayers, and support are deeply appreciated during this difficult time.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for being a part of Duke's healing journey.
