Dear friends,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out with a heavy heart and deep humility to share Nurse Dorcas current health challenge and to ask for your prayers and support.

Over the past months, she has undergone multiple abdominal surgeries due to serious complications from uterine fibroids, including:

An abdominal myomectomy for huge fibroids

Emergency surgery for abdominal obstruction and abscess

Surgery for chronic salpingo-oophoritis (tubo-ovarian abscess on the right ovary)

Despite these interventions, she continues to suffer from severe abdominal pain, cysts, and uncontrolled bleeding. Her doctors have now recommended a total hysterectomy as the only option to stop the bleeding and save her life.

The surgery is urgent and comes with significant risk—a 50% chance of survival as explained by the doctor—but it is the only hope. Unfortunately, the costs involved are far beyond what she can afford on her own.

This is why I am humbly reaching out to you, my dear friends, to ask for your assistance. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go a long way in helping Dorcas cover the surgery and post-operative care.
