Help Save Dizzy the Cat

Donation protected
This is Dizzy. She is our best friend and a remarkable cat.  Dizzy has FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis), which is fatal in 95 percent of cases . We have found a medicine called Mutian which has had success in treating FIP through medication over an 84 day course. This medicine is expensive, and requires further ultrasounds, blood tests, and x-rays over the course of the treatment. The situation is urgent, as we will need about $1,000 every 13 days in order to pay for her medicine. That does not include the ultrasounds and x-rays she will need on top of the medicine, however anything you can donate will help.

My wife and I have been treating Dizzy's symptoms (lethargy, lack of appetite, vomiting) for months now under the suspected diagnosis of pancreatitis. Things would work for a bit and she would get better, but always fell ill again after a while. This time things have taken a turn for the worse. Dizzy is now jaundiced and is having severe trouble eating and keeping food down. Our vet has informed us that she likely has FIP.  While we have been treating Dizzy for pancreatitis our funds have dwindled, and we are now at the point where we have to ask for your help to save Dizzy's life.

We will keep you updated on Dizzy's progress over the course of her treatment by updating the go-fund-me. Please reach out if you have any questions about Dizzy or her progress.
