Help Save Dad's Koi Fish Business

My Dad came to America 6 years ago and started a koi fish business. Last week the pond tarp broke during the night and all the fish died. We now must remove the tarp and pour in concrete to maintain the pond structure. Please help him and his fish, they are his livelihood and happiness
