Help Conchitas Family Pay for Medical Costs

Hi my name is Lisa and I’m fundraising for my stepmom's mom. Conchita is 77 years old and was super healthy until she contracted Covid this week. She is now in the ICU in the Philippines fighting for her life.

She was denied by public hospitals which accept her insurance, because all of them were full. Consequently, she had to go to a private pay hospital where they are charging her $300/ day. (It is common for members of her family to work all day and make $5).

Conchita has never stayed in a hospital due to illness before. She had her first 9 out of 10 children at home and the only time she was ever in a hospital was when she birthed her 10th child.
