Help Save Coal: Urgent Surgery Needed

Please help us save our sweet baby, Coal! He got hold of some golf balls and unfortunately one of them is not coming out. We already had to fork out money for the emergency vet and the surgery for removal is ridiculously expensive and we are going to try with everything in us to save our baby!! Any help is appreciated so very much!
