Chop Suey has been a beloved part of our family since he was just five weeks old. Now a year and a half old, he’s grown into a beautiful mixed breed with striking brown and black fur and the sweetest, most expressive brown eyes. He’s my son’s best friend and truly feels like another child in our home. Chop Suey’s loving nature, silly faces, and smart, gentle personality have left a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Recently, Chop Suey became suddenly and seriously ill. He started vomiting and bleeding, and we rushed him to the emergency animal hospital. We spent everything we had to get him the care he needed, and with some help from a hospital program, we managed to cover the initial costs. But as soon as we got home, his condition worsened, and the bleeding started again. The vet believes there may be an intestinal blockage, but they couldn’t confirm it with the equipment they had. They told us Chop Suey needs to be hospitalized and seen by specialists at another hospital for further examination and treatment.
We are heartbroken and desperate to get Chop Suey the help he needs. Without immediate hospitalization and further tests, we risk losing him. We’re reaching out for support so we can get Chop Suey back to his healthy, happy, loving self. Any help means the world to our family and gives Chop Suey a fighting chance to recover and come home.
