Chocolate & Chip are my sisters fur babies. Today my nephew took the 2 pups for their morning walk as he normally does, when they were suddenly attacked by 3 pit bulls. Chocolate was rushed to his vet, as he had a big gash on his leg. Chip had a small puncture also on his leg plus a big scratch. To then find out a little while later, the vet said his leg was broken.

The vet visit was $400 for consultation plus pain meds & antibiotics. He then was rushed to an emergency hospital for surgery in Tinton Falls, where his hospital bill is $6,500.

My sister was recently told at the end of May, that she had to move out by 7/31/21, since their landlord sold the house. She just found an apartment and put down a month rent and a month security, and her situation is tight.

I know everyone has tough times they come across, and sometimes we have to reach out for help even though we might not want to.
